Sphere Martial Arts Townsville is now offering Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and a FREE 7 Day Trial of our Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ), and Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) programs .
One thing that separates our school from many of the others teaching similar styles is that we have a curriculum that we teach. Our fundamental BJJ and MMA class focuses on the basics and correct techniques. Many schools have no curriculum and basically the instructors teach whatever may pop into their heads each night for class. We believe in setting goals, and then putting a plan in place to reach each of these goals.
We have made it as easy as possible for you to find out if our program is for you. You’ll receive 1 private lesson with our chief instructor; get to participate in a regular class, take a tour of our facility. This will give you a chance to visit our school, meet our staff and potential future friends / training partners. This is your chance to interview us with NO OBLIGATION!

It was a successful weekend for the team last weekend. Traveling 350 km to Cairns to compete in an inaugural NQ AFBJJ event,bringing home three gold, two silver, four bronze and third overall in the team points standings.

Much softer take downs for the adults too !!
